1: How do I install the App I bought for my Android phone on my Android Tablet?

On your Android phone:

  • Open the App
  • Tap the Bible icon
  • Tap the "Main Menu" (top left)
  • Tap "Account"
  • Login with "My App Account" or Create and account
  • Tap "Close" to go back to the main menu
  • Tap "Restore Purchases"

On your new Android device:

If you purchased the COMPLETE version (not doing an in-app purchase)

  • Open the Google Play Store
  • Install the Truth & Life RSV-CE Bible app
  • Open the App
  • Tap the Bible icon
  • Tap the main menu (top left)
  • Select "Account" and login with "My App Account"
    you should see a message stating what was restored
  • Tap "Close" to go back to the main menu

If you purchased it through the FREE version (doing an in-app purchase)


2: How do I install the App that I bought for my Android phone on my iPad, iPhone or iPod?

On your Android device:

  • Open the App
  • Tap the Bible icon
  • Tap the "Main Menu" (top left)
  • Tap "Account"
  • Log in with "My App Account" or Create an account
  • Tap "Close" to go back to the main menu
  • Tap "Restore Purchases"

On the iOS iPhone, iPad, or iPod device:

  • Install the Truth & Life Dramatized Audio Bible™ - Mark FREE app from the App Store
  • Open the App
  • Tap the Bible icon
  • Tap the "Main Menu" (top left)
  • Select "Account" and login with "My App Account"
    you should see a message stating the items that were restored
  • Tap "Close" to go back to the main menu
  • Select "Contents"
  • Tap "Download Audio"


3: Just bought the app through www.truthandlifeapp.com   How do I install it on my device?

  • Install the Truth & Life Dramatized Audio Bible™ - Mark  FREE app from the Google Play Store
  • Open the App
  • Tap the Bible icon
  • Tap the "Main Menu" (top left)
  • Select "Account" and login with "My App Account" or Create an account
    you should see a message stating the items that were restored
  • Tap "Close" to go back to the main menu
  • Select "Restore Purchases"
  • Go back to the "Main Menu"
  • Select "Contents"
  • Tap "Download New Testament Audio"
  • Enjoy your App!


4: I have a phone and a tablet, but they are not synchronized

To synchronize all your devices:

On your phone:

  • Open the App
  • Tap the Bible icon
  • Go to the main menu (top left)
  • Select "Account" Login and create an account
    this will back up your playlists and bookmarks and synchronize reading position on all your devices.

On your other devices:

  • Open the App
  • Tap the Bible icon
  • Go to the main menu (top left)
  • Tap "Account"
  • Select "My App Account" and login
  • Enjoy your synchronized Apps!


5: I lost my phone and want to install the app in my new phone

Using the same Google Play Store account

If you purchased the COMPLETE version (not doing an in-app purchase)

If you purchased it through the FREE version (doing an in-app purchase)


6: I forgot my password, what can I do?

  • Open the App
  • Tap the Bible icon
  • Go to the main menu (top left)
  • Select "Account"
  • In "My App Account" enter your email address then tap "Forgot my password"
    A random password will be sent to your email address from pw_support@futuresoft.com
  • Use that to login then, while in the account area tap "Edit" then change your password to something easy for you to remember and tap "Update"


7: Does the app need internet connection to play?

No, once the files have been downloaded the audio resides on the device and does not need an Internet connection to play.


8: How do I download the entire audio?

  • Open the App
  • Tap the Bible icon
  • Tap the "Main Menu" (top left)
  • Tap "Account"
  • Login with "My App Account"
  • Tap "Close" to go back to the main menu
  • Tap "Contents"
  • Select "Download New Testament Audio"


9: How do I change the audio quality?

  • Open the App
  • Tap the Bible icon
  • Tap the "Main Menu" (top left)
  • Select "General"
  • Set High Quality Audio to ON
    you will have to re-download the audio


10: How do I create a playlist inside the App?

  • Open the App
  • Tap the Bible icon
  • Tap the "Main Menu" (top left)
  • Select "Playlists"
  • Tap "Add Playlist"
  • Enter a Playlist Name
  • Tap "Add Section"
  • Select "Add Entry" and make a selection
  • Tap "Select"
  • Continue adding entries and tap "Save" when you're done

11: How do I navigate through the Bible?

To navigate the Bible use one of two methods:

Quick Picker:

  • Open the App
  • Tap the Bible icon
  • Tap the book name (top center)
  • Select the book, chapter and verse from the resulting grids
  • See video
     

Bible menu:

  • Open the App
  • Tap the Bible icon
  • Go to the main menu (top left)
  • Tap "Contents"
  • Select "Ignatius Study Bible"
  • Select Old or New Testament
  • Select the desired book and chapter
  • See video
